I lost everything. But I didn’t lose what I’d learnt.
There was a point in my life where everything looked completely different.
I’d gone from working on building sites as an electrician to teaching, trading, running workshops and building a business around something I genuinely loved.
Then everything collapsed.
I was targeted by hackers.
What I’d spent years building disappeared.
And I eventually found myself around:
£400,000
in debt.
But the money wasn’t the hardest part.
My mindset deteriorated.
My habits changed.
I stopped looking after myself.
And eventually, I barely recognised the person I’d become.
Something had to change.
The money was gone. The experience wasn’t.
I stopped drinking.
I started training again.
I worked on myself.
And slowly, I started rebuilding.
But there was one thing nobody could take away from me:
Everything I’d learnt over the years.
- The mistakes.
- The experience.
- The hours spent studying the markets.
- The lessons I’d learnt along the way.
Losing everything didn’t erase any of that.
Trading became a major part of the journey that helped me take control of my life again.
But I also realised something.
Having experience doesn’t mean you have to do everything alone.
Trading can feel very different when you have the right people around you.
People you can exchange ideas with.
People you can learn from.
People who take the markets seriously.
That eventually led me to connect with a team focused heavily on one market:
